If your current Victorian licence or learner permit card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you must apply for a replacement card as soon as possible.If you are a learner permit holder, probationary licence holder, under the age of 26 years or have a heavy vehicle licence, you must carry your licence at all times when driving or penalties will apply.
You can order a replacement licence or learner permit online (if a current photo image exists on VicRoads Driver Licensing System and you have no change of personal details). The replacement card will be mailed to you within 10 working days.
